Recipe :
- 4 small ice cubes
- 1/2 cup of low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 shot of espresso
- 2 teaspoons of cocoa powder
How To Make :
just Add ingredients to blender in this order, then blend at a high speed until smooth.and enjoy your healthy smoothie !
